Not even two full years into Barack Obama’s “post-racial” presidency, America finds itself mired in the most racially charged political rhetoric since the 1960s.  President Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder believes the United States is  “a nation of cowards when it comes to race relations.” 

The national strategy for Congressional Democrats in their re-election bids has been revealed in a Wall Street Journal article.  The plan is two-fold;
